This project set out to enhance the visitor experience to Myers Park and make it a safe place that all people can use and enjoy.

The upgrades included a new boardwalk, stairway to Queen Street, flood mitigation elements and new native planting including trees and a wetland garden. The project also included an impressive mana whenua-led, multi-sensory public artwork in the Mayoral Drive underpass.

During the pre-construction phase we provided project management, cost estimation, constructability and procurement advice.

We provided contract administration services including Engineer to Contract and Engineer’s Representative and Quantity Surveying during the delivery phase of the project.
