The project has been divided into three parts:
Alta has been engaged by Tauranga City Council to provide constructability and cost input at each design stage, as well as in procurement and construction management during the delivery phases.
This has involved assessing the impact of pipeline installation, contract documents and procurement opportunities, specifications for constructability opportunities and options for pipeline installation methods. Alta is also Engineer to the Contract. Alta have provided construction management services including Engineers Representative and Programming services.
