Blair has over 10 years practical experience in project management with a range of clients; as both a contractor and consultant. He has worked on projects in New Zealand and the Pacific.
Project highlights from his Contracting experience include a Hydroelectric project in Samoa and the Kaituna river rediversion in the Bay of Plenty. Both projects required innovative construction methodologies in challenging environments. Both had positive impacts on the environment and their respective communities – reducing Samoa’s reliance on diesel generation and restoring the Maketu estuary by reintroducing freshwater flows.
Blair brings practical experience and sound understanding of NZS3910 into client representative roles which ensures smooth contract administration.
